Using a combination of uniform-\ndensity cross-linked polyethylene foam, a solid state core, and radial vial\nsymmetry, freezing profiles are consistent and reproducible. The foam is non-\nabsorbent and will impose negligible change in the freezer environment;\nthereby protecting nearby frozen samples. The removal of vials is accomplished\nby tipping the device upside down so the vials slide out. Instruction: 1.Place\nsample vials containing cell suspension in each well of the Cell Freezing\nContainer under room temperature. Fully seat the lid on Cell Freezing\nContainer. 2.Place Cell Freezing Container upright into -80℃ freezer. Freezer\nfor minimum four hours to achieve standard cryopreservation effect. 3.Take out\nCell Freezing Container and transfer vials immediately to Liquid Nitrogen or\nfor other following applications. 4.Place Cell Freezing Container in room\ntemperature for next freezing until the foam and core are fully return to room\ntemperature. Cautions: 1.Ensure that there is at least 2.5cm of free space\nclearance around Cell Freezing Container when placing in the -80℃ freezer.\n2.Make sure the core is seated in the bottom of the central cavity, and lid is\nfully seated on the container before placing in the freezer. 3.Maximum\ntemperature exposure: 60℃.
