Bottom-fermented brewer's yeast for brewing beer. The yeast not only carries out the alcoholic fermentation, but also has a major influence on the taste and character of the beer. We recommend adding this yeast at a temperature range between 9 - 15ºC (ideally 12ºC) at a dosage of 80 - 120 grams per hectoliter. At temperatures below 12ºC, please increase the dosage to 200 - 300 g/hl. The sedimentation of this yeast is high. The final fermentation level is medium.
