pedag Correct Plus | German Handmade 3/4 Length Oversupinator Wedge, Vegetable Tanned Leather, Rubber Top, Orthopedic Footbed, 1 Pair, Size L (Size 8-10 Men)
Correct Plus: Supination and pronation are normal parts of the walking and running motion cycle of the foot. However, oversupination (sometimes evidenced by "bow legs" or when the foot rolls outward) or overpronation can cause problems throughout the body. Correct Plus is a 3/4 length orthopedic that helps correct oversupination. To tell if you are oversupinated, look at the soles of your shoes. Are the soles worn more on the outside than on the inside? If so, then you are probably oversupinated. Or try this: wet your foot and stand on a piece of paper. If your feet are normal, you should see a forefoot and heel mark and a connecting line that is about 1/2 the width of your foot. If you see a narrower line, or no connecting line at all, then your foot is oversupinated. Oversupination can contribute to the development of plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, stress fractures, and ankle, knee, and hip strains. Since oversupination is a biomechanical problem, wearing an orthopedic footbed, such as Pedag Correct or Correct Plus, can be very helpful. Correct Plus gently returns your foot to the correct alignment and helps return your foot's standing, walking or running motion to normal.
